Carriers and Shipping Costs
Carriers we ship with are:
NZ Courierpost within Aotearoa New Zealand. This service is free of charge.
​NZ International Courierpost and/or FEDEX ​International. This service cost is to be confirmed.
Shipping Your Order
We will ship your order for bespoke jewellery, online jewellery items, or repairs, as soon as the payment has been confirmed and cleared through STRIPE or Internet banking. Please use the secure online payment link we provide.

For bespoke projects and repairs your order will be shipped as soon as the order has been completed. We will advise you of the shipping details once confirmed.
After confirmation of your order and payment, we use a 2 day grace period prior to shipping for any changes, amendments or cancellations to be made.

Please contact us immediately if you have entered details. We will endeavour to update your order but can not guarantee this.

We do not ship on Friday before a long weekend, on or the day before a Public Holiday.

You can track your parcel using the tracking number emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Use the tracking/shipment number to track your parcel on the carriers website. Tracking information can sometimes take a few hours to update.

Average delivery timeframes within NZ is 3-5 working days.
Average delivery timeframes for the rest of the World may be as much as 15-20 working days.
Regional/rural deliveries may take longer.​​​​​​​
