Discover the art of crafting your very own precious metal ring in our fun and interactive class. With all materials and tools provided, you'll be guided through each step in this easy introduction to the jeweller’s bench. It's the perfect opportunity to make your wedding rings, or to create a new addition to your jewellery collection, and learn to work in Gold / Platinum. We will look after you during the process, so that you feel supported whilst working with these precious metals. At the end of your 3 hours, you'll be walking out with a beautiful ring that you've created yourself! We offer the following prices as a guide: Using solid 9CT yellow Gold in a half round profile of 3.5mm x 1.5mm: Estimate $$ & Finger Sizes $990 G-K $1065 L-N $1190 O-T $1295 U-Z $1410 Z1-Z6 Z7+ we are happy to quote your finger size We also have other ring profiles that may better suit your style. We can also quote you in 14CT, 18CT & Platinum. A firm quote cannot be made until we have your correct finger size. Don't know your finger size? Pop into the Workshop & lets measure your finger. Please note: 1. We need at least 5 days before the start of class to allow us time to fabricate your metal. We only supply solid precious metal. 2. Platinum ring makers will only observe the soldering process with safety glasses provided. 3. Platinum rings are not able to be textured. 4. Unfortunately there is no time allocated to melting & fabricating your metal in this class, as a result we cannot use Gold from an alternative resource or recycled gold. If you wish to recycle & fabricate your own gold please email to discuss your needs. 5. As we continuously monitor the costs of precious metals, our fees may change to reflect these external pressures. Currently, these commodities have continued to increase significantly.
